How to Order

Physical Products

  2. Add items to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by shipping updates once your order is on its way.

Digital Products:

  1. Browse our digital Products and select your favorite products.
  2. Add items to your cart.
  3. Within minutes of purchasing, you will receive a download link to the email provided.
  4. All purchases can be downloaded one time.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground & a tracking number will be provided via email.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full use.

Where can I find the full ingredient list for your skin care products?

The complete ingredient declaration is listed on the product label and packaging. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient related questions prior to purchasing, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Do I need any paid software to use the digital journals?

No. However, for ease of use it is highly recommended to use the free version of GoodNotes found in the APP store of your device for the Consistency Companion Bundle, Fitness & Nutrition Tracker.

Can I share my digital products?

All Digital Products is copyrighted by Nyssas Collection. This purchase is strictly for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, distribute by electronic means, or profit in any way from any of the designs.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

Do you offer returns or Exchanges?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with 3-5 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order for an instant download?

Due to the product being an instant download there are no returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.
