Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned. No worries! 

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected.

Exchanges, if available,can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact us for Exchange inquries.

The return & Exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

In order to honor any store credit or Exchange, all items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Conditions: 

  • Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE or Clearance

  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear / Cover-ups

  • Lingerie

  • Visibly Worn items

  • Select White Items

  • Items outside of policy window

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
